Basic Security Officer Training
This State of Connecticut approved course satisfies the training requirements of Public Act 04-192. Course is 8 hours in length and a certificate of completion is issued at the end of the day. Required for employment as a Security Officer in the State.
Advanced Security Officer Training
Program content is customized to meet the needs of the attending students. Course content may include: The role and responsibilities of the security officer relative to the assignment; the role and responsibility of the supervisor; progressive discipline, etc. Course length is determined by the course content.
