Harassment & Diversity Awareness (Title7)
A course of study designed to meet the 3-hour minimum required by CT state law. Any person in a supervisory capacity MUST receive training in this topic area within 6 months of their assignment in a supervisory capacity. Topics include: Title 7 compliance and comprehension; reporting process; resolution of reported issues; ensuring a compliant work environment; protection of victim rights. Federal/State Agencies.
