Exit 30 - Lordship Boulevard -
At end of ramp go straight to second light and take left onto Surf Ave.
Go to the end of Surf Ave to light and turn left 
Go to next light and go straight
Take the first Left onto Florence St.
At stop sign go across Stratford Ave on to Radel Street
First Building on left. Pull into fenced in Parking lot.

Exit 30- Surf Ave. -
Turn Right at end of ramp onto Surf Ave
Go to the end of Surf Ave to light and turn left
Go to next light and go straight
Take the first Left onto Florence St. 
At stop sign go across Stratford Ave on to Radel Street
First Building on left. Pull into fenced in Parking lot.

Route 8 from Waterbury:

Go South all the way to the Route 8-25 connector
At end of connector get on I95 towards New Haven
Once on I95 take Exit 30 - Lordship Boulevard - 
At end of ramp go straight to second light and turn Left onto Surf Ave
Go to the end of Surf Ave to light take left
Go to next light and go straight
Take the first Left onto Florence St.
At stop sign across Stratford Ave on to Radel Street
First Building on left. Pull into fenced in Parking lot.

From Merritt Parkway:

Heading North take exit 49S
Heading South take exit 52 and follow signs for Bridgeport

Once on Route 8-25 connector follow it all the way to end towards I95
At end of connector get on I95 towards New Haven
Once on I95 take Exit 30 - Lordship Boulevard - 
At end of ramp go straight to second light and turn Left onto Surf Ave
Go to the end of Surf Ave to light take left
Go to next light and go straight
Take the first Left onto Florence St.
At stop sign across Stratford Ave on to Radel Street
